It's time to dEMOnise myself.... =DD
Yep, backwoodsman cooking for sec 2s, outdoor cooking for sec 1s. The main difference is that the sec 1s get to cook ROTI PRATA and alll sort of canned food in mess tins... we have the PRIVELEDGE of cooking RAW chicken, RAW fish... yepp, do everything yourself. And we already did this last year... D:
Let's just say that in the end, all our fishes became sashimi, all our chicken was raw... bread was burnt.. .lol. It's harder than in those movies, where they just sit over the fire and wait for the chicken to cook! LOL. xD
Had pioneering and cooking competition on day 2. Cooking comm. was quite funn.... just that my patrol's "dessert" was rated last out of 4 patrols. You know why? Because Fabian went to cook omelette with fishcake (aka imitation carrot cake), instead of a proper dessert. But nevertheless, our FRIED FISH WAS OWNNAAAGE! =D
Day 3 was like the "fun" day. Beach games at east coast, patrol lunch at parkway, then BOWLING at Marine Bowl. And my bowling score was a DISASTER. Highest was 62, lowest 50+. Kinda lousy compared to class outing.... D:
After that, we had cycling to CHANGI VILLAGE. Unfortunately, becoz of L.E.T, we couldn't have night cycling like last year... D: But it was still quite funn, even though I didn't have enough time to eat my fav. char kway teow at changi village, becoz of some stoopid bicycle chain problem...
And I just realsied that EAST COAST PARK IS TOOO FREAKING BIGG! When we got back to East Coast Park on our return journey, we had to cycle from Area H to the bike shop in Area C... and we took nearly an hour to get there. =.= It's very irritating...like you're there but not quite there, if you get what i mean. =D
And looks like we have one more week of freedom! NOOO!
One final thought: Alot of people like to play politics in scouts. Not trying to sabo anyone larh, this is just my observation. :D
